City Developments Limited (CDL) announced that it will commence exclusive private previews for the luxurious 188-unit Haus on Handy today, 29 June 2019. Strategically located in the highly sought-after Handy Road residential area in District 9, Haus on Handy is just a two minutes’ walk to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange for the North-South, North-East and Circle Lines.
CDL, through its fully owned subsidiary CDL Regulus Pte. Ltd, tendered the winning bid to acquire the Haus on Handy property in Singapore. The winning price was $212,200,000. CDL plans to develop three residential towers between eight and ten storeys. This will constitute a basement carpark and up to 200 apartments.
Comprising two residential towers of 9 and 12 storeys, the development also has a rare heritage bungalow that has been converted into “Club Haus”, a club house offering an array of facilities and a covered walkway that conveniently connects to The Cathay. Apartment sizes range from 420 square feet (sq ft) for a one-bedroom to 1,141 sq ft for a three-bedroom. There are also six units of three-bedroom dual key apartments.
Prices for Haus on Handy start from S$1.188 million for one-bedroom, S$1.668 million for two-bedroom and S$2.708 million for three-bedroom. The development is expected to be launched in July.
