Within a comfortable walking distance is Heartland Mall, which is just across the Kovan MRT Station. Within it are shops, boutiques, restaurants, food and beverage outlets, health and beauty facilities, services and a lot more. There’s also a Cold Storage Supermarket, where you can go to for your daily needs.
Nex is also quite near to Hillsgrove. It has all sorts of stores, eateries, salons, clinics, banks, eateries and others. It even has an Isetann Department Store.
Other malls in Hougang are Hougang Mall, Kovan Centre, Hougang Green Shopping Mall, and Hougang Point.
Learn
There are a lot of schools near Hillsgrove. You can take your pre-schoolers to Hosea Pre-school. Catholic Kindergarten, or Rosyth Child Care Centre. When your kids are old enough to go to pre-school, they can go to Zhonghua Primary School, Rosy Primary School, or Xinghua Primary School. If you prefer your daughters to go to an all-girls institution, you can consider Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ School or CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel. Your older kids can go to Peicai Secondary, Zhonghua Secondary, or Yuying Secondary. There’s also DPS International School.
