Macly Group, the developers of Noma @Guillemard, announced in early September that their development saw 66% of its units sold in its early bird preview week. It added that 62% of the units were sold within just an hour of their release.

The developers said that all of its one-bedroom units at Noma @Guillemard were fully sold by 12pm on August 29, while only two units of four-bedroom units are available.

Real estate agents who spoke to iCompareLoan said that there is continuing interest Noma @Guillemard partly because of its location at city fringe, and also because good discounts are still available to buyers and investors in the development.
