In the upcoming May BTO, this plot in Kallang/Whampoa will be the one offered in the mature estate. Although the plot is not located right in the middle of Kallang, it still offers a decent choice for couples who are looking for their first home.
If you are looking for a place of convenience, this is the best option for you. The plot is located right beside Boon Keng MRT station, which means that travelling on public transport to central Singapore will be of utmost convenience. There are also many amenities located within walking distance from the plot, such as Kallang CC, Bendemeer Shopping Centre and Bendemeer Market and Food Centre.
